Payments
- We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
- Full payment must be completed before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Foreign currency payments may incur conversion charges.
Cancellation & Refunds

5. Travel Documents & Visas
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents:
- Valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6+ months from travel date)
- Valid visa or entry permit for the destination country (where required)
- Any health certificates, vaccination proofs, or insurance documents required
6. Traveller Responsibilities
Travel involves inherent risks and unpredictability. As a traveller, you agree to:

- Disclose any medical conditions, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements before the trip so we can plan accordingly
- Arrive on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities
